Kaan Croarkin

As our Head of Client Services, Kaan is responsible for our global data teams as well as data sourcing and acquisition, data management and processing, production and delivery performance – covering the entire client service experience. During his time here, he has successfully on-boarded multiple existing tier 1 clients to the company’s various offerings, most notably the EMIR/MiFIDii solutions and managed individual client projects.

Before joining us, Kaan worked primarily in retail banking for 14 years in a roles spanning UK/Overseas Contact Centre Management and Data Analysis, building extensive knowledge of the financial industry and strong technical and communication skills.
