ZISHI is set to host this month two free webinars focused on artificial intelligence and specifically how the advent of the new technology challenges firms to change their approaches to governance and leadership.
The London-based financial services training firm will host on Wednesday this week a one-hour webinar looking at how firms should adapt their governance policies to reflect the increased adoption of artificial intelligence technology.
Led by Sue Turner OBE, a leading authority in AI governance, the session will discuss how financial firms need to update their governance frameworks to ensure they can navigate the fast-changing AI landscape with confidence.
The webinar will also consider the prospect of balancing technology innovation with prudent risk management, and practical steps to cultivate a culture of responsible AI.
ZISHI will also host on Tuesday next week a separate webinar looking at what the implementation of AI means for leaders within financial firms.
Presented by mentorship expert Dr Alan Richards and featuring ZISHI chief operating officer Jeff Hearn, this session will discuss what are some of the key ethical issues associated with the increased use of AI and how leaders must ensure teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively and safely deploy AI strategies.
