ISDA urges PRA flexibility on Basel 3.1 as Treasury clearing looms

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) has called on the UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) to retain flexibility over the January 2028 implementation of new market risk internal models rules, while warning capital treatment could undermine efficiencies from expanded US Treasury clearing.
