criteria using a consistent scoring framework to support comparability across entries.

Entry Criteria

Eligibility and Assessment Period

Assessment Period

All submissions must relate primarily to achievements occurring between 1 July 2025 and 20 June 2026. Entrants should ensure that growth metrics, milestones, product launches, client wins, and other supporting evidence fall within this timeframe. Activities outside the assessment period may be referenced to provide context but will be treated as supplementary and will not form the primary basis of assessment.

Eligibility and Category Alignment

  • Awards are open to eligible firms and individuals active within the global derivatives industry.

  • Submissions will be judged exclusively within the categories entered.

  • Entrants may submit the same product, platform, service, or initiative into multiple categories; however, each entry must be clearly tailored to the specific scope and criteria of the relevant category.

  • Submissions that do not align with the stated category focus may be disadvantaged during assessment.

Submission Requirements
  • Language: all entries must be submitted in English.

  • Deadline: all submissions must be received by 30 June 2026.

  • Word Limit: written submissions must not exceed 5000 characters.

  • Supporting Materials: entrants may upload supplementary documentation such as brochures, press releases, presentations, or case studies. Judges will focus primarily on the written submission, with supporting material used to substantiate claims where relevant.

  1. Highlight key achievements: Focus on your most significant accomplishments and their impact.

  2. Provide supporting evidence: Include data, case studies, or testimonials to support your entry.

  3. Be clear and concise: Ensure your entry is easy to read and understand.
