Growing stablecoin use in emerging markets could create demand for derivatives combining digital asset and foreign exchange exposures, according to Gravity Team chief executive Martins Benkitis, with the trading firm expecting its OTC volumes to reach $7 billion (£5.2 billion) by year-end.
