SGX appoints Dr Sung Cheng Chih as non-executive and independent chairman

SGX on Wednesday said independent chairman Dr Sung Cheng Chih takes over Professor Tan Cheng Han who was leading the role for almost nine years on the board. Chih was previously a risk advisor at SGX between 2011 to 2012.
