SEBI accepts NSE’s settlement deal in colocation, dark fibre cases

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has accepted a revised settlement deal proposed in March by the National Stock Exchange of India, where it agreed to settle its decade-old colocation and dark fibre cases at ₹15bn (£116.3 mn).
