The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has implemented corporate bond tokenisation technology on its electronic bidding platform (NSE EBP), enabling India’s first-ever tokenised bond issuances by Rural Electrification Corporation and Larsen & Toubro for a cumulative fund-raising of ₹10 billion (£77.8mn).
