The US-registered derivatives clearing organisation has notified the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) its intent to adopt independent software vendors’ (ISV) eligibility criteria and reconciliation procedures that support crypto-to-fiat services on Kalshi’s regulated trading and clearing platforms.
