Japan Exchange's Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) plans to launch more electricity futures on Monday while JPX's Osaka Exchange (OSE) expects to offer its first foreign exchange derivatives next year, opening up competition with Tokyo Financial Exchange.
