ICE NGX Canada proposes changes to ERCOT risk management framework

The Alberta-based natural gas exchange has filed a self-certification with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) certifying enhancements to its stress testing scenarios under the venue’s risk management framework (RMF) for Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) products.
