HKEX chief welcomes LME Hong Kong warehouse approval

The head of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has welcomed the approval of the first London Metal Exchange (LME) warehouses in Hong Kong suggesting the facilities will strengthen ties between the LME and China’s onshore metals market.
