Deutsche Boerse acquires 1.5% stake in Kraken for $200mn

The German exchange group said its partnership with Payward Inc, which owns Kraken, encompasses regulated crypto, tokenised markets and derivatives, as well as enhanced liquidity for institutional clients across different jurisdictions.
