A report by Cornerstone Research found CME Group’s aggregate monetary penalties on ‘Disruptive Practices Prohibited’ declined from $1.58 million (£1.18m) in 2024 to $330,000 in 2025, the second-lowest level since 2018, though issuance of disciplinary notices remained steady.
