Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) and Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) will allow qualified foreign investors to trade options on Hot Rolled Coil, Stainless Steel and Low Sulfur Fuel Oil, starting 9 AM CST on September 10.
