CFTC signs NBA integrity deal as Kalshi secures league partnership

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Basketball Association (NBA) to strengthen oversight of basketball-related prediction markets, as exchange operator Kalshi announced a separate partnership with the league.
