The financial markets regulator has appointed former federal prosecutor David Miller as the director of enforcement; Alan Brubaker as the director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs; and Mel Gunewardena as director of the Office of International Affairs and senior markets adviser to the chairman.
