CFTC honours Kraken’s bid to extend no-action linked to dormancy rules

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) said it would not recommend an enforcement action against Kraken Derivatives Exchange (KDE), or its market participants, until August 10 2027, if the firm lists products for trading without officially reinstating its designation as a contract market.
