Cboe Global Markets and S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) have announced plans to launch the Cboe S&P 500 Constituent Volatility Index (VIXEQ) on November 4, adding to Cboe’s derivatives-based index offerings ahead of the US presidential election.
