ASIC penalises Deutsche Bank for misreporting derivative trades

The Australian regulator said that Deutsche Bank failed to take measures to accurately report the ‘direction’ fields data for more than 260,000 over-the-counter derivatives transactions related to foreign exchange and commodities.
