CFTC commissioner highlights consistency after BNY fined $5m

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) commissioner has reiterated she hopes the US futures regulator will apply penalties on reporting violations consistently, after the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) was ordered to pay $5 million (£3.8m).
