Tradeweb completes ICD acquisition for $785m in cash

Electronic trading platform Tradeweb has completed its acquisition of Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) for $785 million (£616.3m) in cash, tying up the deal for the investment technology provider, which serves corporate treasury organisations trading short-term investments, that was originally announced in April.
