Basel III, US Treasury reforms must be considered together – ISDA

The planned Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) US Treasury clearing reforms and US Basel III Endgame proposals on bank capital rules “must be considered in combination”, according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) chief executive Scott O’Malia.
