FCA forces ICE to publish US Libor benchmarks until September

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has noted the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has compelled ICE to continue to publish US dollar Libor benchmarks until the end of September, with the UK financial regular exercising its powers under the UK Benchmarks Regulation (BMR).
