ISDA creates framework for tackling collateralised derivatives

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) has published a new digital framework for market participants to help prepare for potential terminations of collateralised derivatives contracts, responding to the failure of Signature Bank and Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) in the US in March 2023.
