The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has launched a public-facing capped contingency liquidity facility (CCLF) calculator to support the expansion of US Treasury clearing and to manage its Fixed Income Clearing Corporation's (FICC) liquidity risk arising from settlement activity.
