SEBI chief touts simpler oversight to boost commodity derivatives market
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) chair Tuhin Pandey said the regulator seeks to make participation easier in the commodity derivatives segment through a slew of measures aimed at reducing friction, deepening hedging, and strengthening price discovery in the commodity market which is closely linked to the physical economy.
