LSEG chairman Don Robert will take on an additional role as chairman designate of an Irish firm
The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) chairman Don Robert will take on additional responsibilities at Irish audio services and software provider Keyword Studios, a filing from the firm said on Thursday.
He is set to take up an independent non-executive director and chair-designate role from the beginning of next month, and expected to assume a permanent chair role at the firm's Annual General Meeting on May 26.
He will not be stepping down as chairman of the LSE Group as previously reported. Global Investor apologises for the misunderstanding.
