Time for the derivatives cabaret to go global

The transatlantic wrangling over derivatives reform harmonization continues to take centre stage while reform in non-US and European jurisdictions have been sidelined – until now. Developments over the last 12 months suggest that momentum is building and although challenges remain, major reform is afoot from Australia to Africa. By Paul Golden
