CFTC’s Pham confirms departure, leaving questions on commission composition

The acting chair of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) signaled her intention to leave the agency after the confirmation of permanent chair Brian Quintenz, leaving the body with two out of five commissioners in the coming weeks.
