The US-based post-trade infrastructure provider said industry feedback to the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA’s) consultation showed growing support for reducing overlapping reporting obligations across EU derivatives and securities markets.

The Asian exchange group reported slower derivatives trading activity in April, with weaker trading volumes across its single stock options and equity index futures.

The London-based brokerage and clearing firm said it expects acquisition activity this year to remain in line with 2025 as it continues expanding across clearing, market making and regional growth areas.
