After OSTC secured the proprietary trading firm of the year award and OSTC chief Lee Hodgkinson won chief executive of the year in the FOW International awards 2020, Hodgkinson reflects on the changes that he has overseen in his three years in charge of the company.
OSTC has evolved rapidly in the past two years to offer educational technology to complement its established trading and training businesses.
Looking ahead, Hodgkinson said he plans to use strategic M&A to position the firm to explore growth opportunities in rapidly-changing markets such as China, India and Africa.
