A panel of experts will discuss the challenges and opportunities for investors in the key Asian markets
Asian experts will reflect on the prospects for investing in the world’s fastest growing economies at a time of uncertainty.
Global Investor is hosting at 2pm on Wednesday a webinar looking at the opportunities and challenges of investing in Asia’s key financial markets.
John Dlubac, Managing Director, Credit Suisse will lead a panel discussion on the prospects for Asia’s markets and the key issues that have arisen in the past four months as the COVID pandemic has sent the world’s markets in a tailspin.
The panel, which includes Alex Lenhart, Chief Representative US and UK at the Singapore Exchange, Shannon McConaghy, a Portfolio Manager, and Tom Roderick, Portfolio Manager at Trium Capital, will consider various issues.
The panel will discuss which markets are attracting interest as the world emerges from a period that saw investors retreating to safe havens.
The group will consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the region and reflect on the implications of the trade war between the US and China. The panel will also discuss new methods for hedging foreign exchange positions and emerging technology solutions in the region.
