Some 10 exchanges expect roll-out of the nascent technology within three years
More than four fifths of the world's top
exchanges are deploying or looking at distributed ledger or
blockchain technology, according to a recent members survey by
the World Federation of Exchanges.
The World Federation of Exchanges (WFE)
published on Thursday the results of a survey of its exchange
members that concluded 84% of respondents are either
investigating or engaged in distributed ledger technology (DLT)
