Legal expert warns that the rules do not go into enough detail for firms
Legal experts have warned that the policy
guidance on the European market abuse regulation (MAR) from the
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) released on Thursday lacks
enough practical detail to help firms ensure that they are
ready for the incoming rules.
"There are practical details that remain
unclear," Lucy Reeve, senior associate at law firm Linklaters,
