The exchange will now accept submissions until November 13
The London Metal Exchange has extended the
deadline for applications its new market maker programme to
November 13, delaying from its original September 8 deadline to
allow more firms to apply to the new schemes.
The deadline has been extended to give
market participants who have registered interest in the scheme
more time to file applications; a process that FOW understands
While the exchange has already received
submissions, it said it has also received requests for an
extension of the deadline to allow enough time for more
potential market makers to apply.
