Public consultation launched on clearing house margin collection, liquidation rules

and Markets Authority (Esma) on Thursday, launched a public
consultation on the clearing house margin collection and
liquidation rules under European Market and Infrastructure
Esma said the European
Commission had requested its view on "whether changes to the EU
rules may be necessary", based on an analysis of "a restricted
sample of one EU and one US CCP [central clearing
