Russian market was latest to suffer a technical glitch, in January
The Moscow Exchange has cut a deal with an
insurance firm to provide insurance cover for possible problems
at its settlement depository including technical issues.
The National Settlement Depository, part
of the Moscow Exchange Group, said it has reached a one year
agreement with Ingosstrakh OJSIC whereby the Russian insurer
will cover losses of up to $65 million.
