“Robin has decided to leave the Exchange at the end of August,” said a spokesperson for the LSE. “Antoine Shagoury, our chief information officer, remains in charge of technology for the Group.”

Shagoury was appointed CIO in February, reporting to Xavier Rolet, chief executive. Shagoury is responsible for technology throughout the exchange group’s markets.

He will work with Tony Weeresinghe, chief executive of MillenniumIT, and other providers of technology services, as the group updates its trading platform from the old OMX Click system to TMX Group’s Sola.
