ISE board takes Sellitto and Wood

Joseph Sellitto and Christianna Wood have been elected to the International Securities Exchange’s board of directors.

Sellitto is chief executive of Global Execution Brokers, an affiliate of Susquehanna International Group. He will represent ISE’s electronic access members as an industry director.
Wood, who is chairperson of the International Corporate Governance Network, will be a non-industry director.
Three members were re-elected to the board: Andreas Preuss, Eurex’s chief executive; Michael Juneman, managing director of Citadel Derivatives Group; and Timothy Brennan, head of automated market making at Ronin Capital. Preuss will be ISE’s new vice-chairman.
