Tamayo becomes Options Clearing Council’s CIO

Raymond Tamayo became chief information officer at the Options Clearing Corporation at the end of January. He replaces John Von Stein, who left the company in June 2009.

He is responsible for all technology services at the OCC and he reports to Michael Cahill, president and chief operating officer.

Before, Tamayo was director of IT development and infrastructure management for the commercial business and leasing group at Citigroup. He has over 20 years’ experience in management-level IT and operational positions.
