BarCap’s Kim joins Credit Suisse’s commodities team

06 November 2009

Credit Suisse has appointed Mi-Sonn Kim from Barclays Capital as a director and head of commodity investor sales for Europe. She starts in early November.

At BarCap, Kim was responsible for commodity investor solution sales for Germany and Austria.

Her appointment follows other appointments made by the Swiss bank this year. In July, Credit Suisse hired Luis Molina and Oscar Bleetstein from Merrill Lynch, as head of vanilla index trading and head of commodity investor sales in the Americas, respectively. Dan Raab, from AIG, has also joined as head of commodity strategies.
