Tina Hasenpusch joins CME Clearing Europe

Tina Hasenpusch has joined CME Clearing Europe in London as associate director of clearing. She reports to Andrew Lamb, CEO of the clearing house.

Hasenpusch will research and evaluate new clearing business opportunities and European regulations and laws. She will also direct projects to implement CME’s European clearing services and work with the products and services department to encourage customers to use the service.

She is moving from Barclays Capital in London, where she was assistant vice-president of strategy and planning. She supported the integration of the Lehman Brothers brokerage business and identified new growth areas, including in OTC clearing.

Before that, Hasenpusch worked in trading and clearing market development at Eurex. She has written a book on clearing which is about to be published.
