The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp and Markit plan to roll out on September 1 their new joint venture, MarkitServ, intended to be a one stop shop for processing all over-the-counter derivatives.

MarkitServ will combine the two organisations’ electronic trade confirmation and workflow platforms — DTCC Deriv/Serv and Markit Wire — to provide a single gateway for OTC derivative trade processing.
