Commodity Futures Trading Commission's leadership is set to change on Friday
The US Commodity Futures Trading
Commission said its director of enforcement Aitan Goelman is to
leave in the latest departure from the regulator.
The regulator said Goelman will leave his
post as the director of the enforcement division on February 3.
According to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC),
the enforcement division imposed more than $7 billion in
monetary sanctions under Goelman’s leadership.
