US exchange group filed a week ago a dozen scheme extension applications
The Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group has
applied to the US futures regulator to extend another eight
incentive programs, taking to 20 the number of schemes the US
exchange has applied to prolong in the past week.
The US exchange has applied to the
Commodity Futures Trading Commission to extend its Brent Crude
Oil Futures-Style Margin Option Fee Waiver Program by a year
and to waive its exchange fees rather than transaction fees
from January 1.
