Exchange said appointment of Ostrowski was approved at EGM on Monday
The Warsaw Stock Exchange has made its
latest management change under new chief executive Malgorzata
Zaleska by appointing a former investment bank salesman as the
new head of the Polish Power Exchange.
The Polish exchange group said in a
statement on Tuesday the appointment of Pawel Ostrowski was
approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday and is
subject to the approval of Poland’s Financial
