US exchange giant CME Group has said its
chief executive Phupinder Gill will retire at the end of the
year and his executive duties will be taken on by chairman
The Chicago-based exchange said Gill has
told the board he will retire from the firm on December 31 and
Duffy will take on the role of chief executive and chairman "at
the board’s request".
