The Danish bank said it will increase the minimum margin for GBP currency pairs
Danish broker Saxo has taken the unusual
step of hiking its margin requirements for the most liquid
British pound currency pairs despite dropping its margin levels
for other pairs.
The firm said in a note on Thursday it
plans to increase the lowest margin levels for currency pairs
that include the British pound to 3% from 2% for nine of the
most traded pairs.
