Jacqueline Loh from the Singaporean regulator will head up the committee
The Bank for International Settlements has
appointed Jacqueline Loh from Singapore’s
financial regulator as chair of its markets committee.
Jacqueline Loh is currently deputy
managing director at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
and will be starting her work at the Bank for International
Settlement (BIS) in the middle of January next year. Loh was
appointed by the central bank Governors of the Global Economy
Meeting this weekend for a term of three years.
